to, since I like the wing chung known not to fight but to be with a healthy mind in healthy body and there are more solution but only use it but not as it is called the unit with the coaching of wood like to have one but I think it is expensive! : (

Wish I had the cash right now to buy this. Sigung Vunak is amazing. His teaching style is perfect and it's great that he's actually hands-on with his students. He seems like a geniunely nice guy, too. To a certain point, that is.

I love reading peoples' comments for his other videos. It always makes me laugh when people post negative comments about his teachings. The navy asked him to train SEAL team 6 for a reason.
