Many death penalty abolitionists are pro-life. Many are also pro choice. They too consider their beliefs to be in harmony in that they don't believe in a big government that has the authority to kill its citizens or tell its citizens what they can do with their bodies.

I'm trying to say this as peacefully and none condemning as I can, if a person is for saving a known individual capable of horrific things, how can the same person on the other hand agree to kill and unborn child? Sr Helen is in harmony on this. I would hope the majority of you would be as well.. Too many people take stands on the side of offense for the sake of being offensive..

she's pro life! yes!

Why does it matter? Someone can pro-life or pro-choice and still against the death penalty.
