Runescape Hacker?! Level 4 with FireCape!

I was sitting in the grand exchange one day when i noticed this level 4 with his firecape on! He soon attracted a large crowd so I started up Hypercam and began recording. Enjoy the confusion and amazement of players who saw this phenomenon. Post any explanations you may have in the comments below.

he obviously got banned. (bug abuse). he was useing a bug called a PAFT which allowed one of his high leveled friends to enter the fight cave with him and kill the Jad for him, allowing him to obtain the fire cape.

its simply one of Jagex aka "Fagex's" many failures in the game.
