@RSpontic XD you never been there right?On teory is right ,but is not working.

1st - not even 30% of them work , but anyway we can not gess witch will and witch won't so let forget about it.

2nd - if we just say "ok your children need food, just come here" will be against the law and MY PERSONAL OPINION is Turkey will be glad to have something like this against EU.

3th - it may have a chace even for a war after so big conflict of interests all around the world.So let's leav it to EU :)
