What kind of family values does the Bible REALLY teach? Take a look for yourself!

What does the Bible say about Family Values? Contrary to popular Christian opinion, the "family values" that the Bible actually teaches include polygamy, rape, incest, favoritism, hatred, abortion, abandonment, infant sacrifice, cannibalism, infanticide, prostitution, torture, mutilation, cowardice, betrayal, slavery, alcoholism, deception, thievery, extortion, kidnapping, murder and lots, lots more. The family values that the Biblical examples present are nothing worth returning to. Don't just blindly trust in what others say about the Bible and God's morality.

  • This video is really foolish and full of lies. Want to find out CHRISTIAN family values as taught by Jesus and His Church? Read Matthew 5, 6,.7. Ephesians, Colosians,1-2 Corinthians, Genesis 1-2. Learn to distinguish between what the Bible mentions as a fact, a metaphor, a teaching, a simple recording. GROW UP!

  • @worldpics76 you can either take it ALL as fact, or ALL as metaphor.. you can't pick and choose want you want to believe in because some parts of the book offend your sensibilities. Cafeteria christian.

  • @worldpics76 Just what part is a lie?

  • There is a lot of truth stated in this presentation, but some of it is a little misguided. Example----Lot and his daughters were not subject to the Law of Moses that prohibits incest in any way, shape and form.

  • That is a reaction of a year ago. Oh well!

Yes I heard the "But that is the old testament" allot, strangely from the same people that always seem to sneak in Old Testament bits into their new testament.

Not saying everybody does this but I find it hypocritical how sometimes a preacher says the New Testament is the writing for this time and then hark back to the old for something.

  • @masticina

Read the NEW TESTAMENT and stop saying lies and silly things.

  • Chuckle nice video and so true..whenever they talk about "christian family values" something horrible is to happen. Yeah perfect loving..
