All of the great speed drawing videos have inspired me to try my hand at a few, this is my 3rd sculpting video. I'm NOT a portrait sculptor, I sculpt mostly little fairies and mermaids from my imagination, but decided to try my hand at making a face that looks like Angelina Jolie.

looks pretty good so far. sculptng small figures are hard.. but i find it challenging

@saied49 actually, I haven't ever tried to sculpt a military figure in any size, so I'm not sure.

What is the tool you are using around 2 mins? Rubber tip?

That is a gum massager I bought at CVS pharmacy, they come with a bent handle, but I straightened it out.

why did you choose to make it so small, wouldn't it be easier if it was bigger?

Possibly, but it is the scale I choose to work in. I like the make dolls from 6 to 8 inches which means the head proportionally will be under an inch from top of the head to the chin. Some prefer to make theirs 12-14 inches which means a much bigger head, really, it's all personal preference.
