no, they just try to shoot same ads as in europe and try to make same interiors etc but most people dont live like that (even the rich ones). interiors are usually same as in europe. the thing is that fat cats who make those ads think that russian people will think OH THEY LIVE SO COOL ABROAD COS THEY EAT RASTISHKA but of course noone from the targeted audience thinks so and those ads annoy as as much as europeans :)

Most media portrayals of Russia give the impression that most people there are not very affluent and yet this and other Russian commercials I've seen give me the distinct impression that the lifestyle of Russians (at least those that are the target audience of these commercials) are quite affluent. So what's the truth here?

i love the use of colors, the costumes, the interior design, the concept. just perfect for a kiddie yogurt commercial.
