David Rowntree (Blur) and Steve White (Style Council and the Who) joined forces with drum students from Drumtech and a number of deafblind drummers on Friday 25 June at Sense's Big Beats Deafblind Drumathon.
average in blur?...he always played the parts that fitted the music, like most solid pros. he didnt need to show off his "chops". there is plenty of evidence in blurs back catalogue where he plays other styles with ease.jazz, samba, punk and ska are a few examples. though, you would know that if you were familar with their old material,...................... and you were a drummer.
sorry...Leisure and Modern Life had the best songs, especially the b-sides
