Automatic Pattern Sewer with Fabric Edge Trimmer

-Designed with the microcomputer system. The machine can sew collars, cuffs, pocket flaps and buckles accordingly to the pattern templates
-Fiber-optic sensors and pneumatic control system for easy and accurate operation
-Turn pattern template automatically with consistent speed
-Sew and trim simultaneously with consistent cutting margin of 6.4mm. The needle gauge can be changed to 8mm for different edge margin
-Special designed pressure foot and emergency switch
-Dual feeding to move the pattern template smoothly and steadily during in sewing operations
-Machine will not operate when template is not loaded properly
-Capable of sewing accurately for any materials ranging from fine silk to bulky wool
-Options for Edge Cutter :-
1) No edge cutter 2) No edge cutter at corners or 3) Continuous trimming even at corners
-Easy to operate for inexperienced operator, minimal training needed
-Korean Machine Head : Recommended RPM 1800 - 2400
