This is my video I made when I had these problems myself and recently learned how to fix it.
I hope this helps anyone who has this problem.
P.S. if anyone has any suggestions on a video i should make please comment.

also, my other controller is messed up, ill try and play MW3 and when i go to run i crouch and shoot and switch guns all at once

my controller doesn't blink fast it blinks slow and it won't even turn on, what do i do?

my mod lights up but doesn't shoot with the rapid fire or any of the modes it just just a normal controller now anyone no how to fix?

YEAH MATE says how to fix this problem on the instructions manual that comes with the hand controller watching this movie was such a waste of my time geez even an alien would recognize this so yeah I'm like WTF

Step One: Turn on your ps3
Step Two: Plug in an usb cable into the usb port
Step Three: Plug up your cotroller
Step Four: Press the PS button
Step Five: Have Fun
