@BrokenSolitary It's always been the same. You have to do like Lars Ulrich did and look underground, where he found Diamond Head. Somewhere there is an underground band who is really innovative.

@Devoidize We exist without any sense of togetherness, theme, or pride. We hate each other, for unknown reasons. My generation is severely broken. Fixable, but broken. I don't want to be a part of it. Instead, I want to stand on the outside of it, and show it what's it's missing by pressing forward without looking back.

@Devoidize I do. I can thank my younger sister for that. But I feel a need to bring back something I think has been lost. Music today is all about the look- not even so much about the sound. If you can use sex appeal to sell, you've got a career. I think music needs to take a step back and be about the music again. I've always felt as though I'm across this great divide, with the rest of my generation on the other side. I've never understood them, try as I might.

@BrokenSolitary you need to pay attention to the bands of your time. You never know where is that magic band that plays the anthems for your generation. A lot of the older bands are great to listen to but many are just about done and many are retiring. It's up to you to carry the torch forward.

Diamond Head where managed my the mum of one of the band members. That might be the reason why they never made it very big. Great band still, unlike Metallica they suck.

well u have 2 understand that all metallica did was took "Am I Evil" and made a cover that was a bit heavier so w/e u like depends completely on the persons opinion. truthfully i prefer Diamondhead over metallica
