Are you saying double crochet but meaning a single crochet (as in USA) and triple or treble crochet but meaning a double crochet (as in USA)? Are you using the English (USA) version of the stitches or the British (UK) version?

i like your video on poncho. I am making my granddaugter a poncho. but it looking to small. i got 4medium yard and a J/10-600MM NEEDLE. CHAIN 64. CAN YOU TELL ME IS I AND USEING THE RITE NEEDLE AND YARN.

@ninawoodson1 Hi thanks for your comment, I am unsure if you are using the correct yarn and hook as you have different yarn to me here in Australia. If the chain is long enough to go around the childs neck plus a couple of inches then it should work out. If not there is a different poncho pattern that may work better for you.Happy Crochet !
