it's israel won't negotiate with hamas (in gaza), "samurai"; ditto re: west bank (illegally siezed/occupied since 1967 war with ARAB ARMIES -- not palestinians).
anyhow, with 15-1 UN world court ruling that israel has NO CLAIM to west bank, why should palestinians "negotiate" with land thief?
