Normally I would think the Space Marine would win, but he's only a poxy Ultramarine. If he were a half-decent chapter, like a Blood Angel or Space Wolf (or better yet, Chaos), that'd be a different story. But against an Ulta? Fett defo.

@DifunctedReble Fett is a human. He's a clone of Jango Fett, who is a normal man. He is nowhere near as fast or as agile as an Eldar Banshee. Watch the SW films.
A Space Marine is superior in every way.

@billyboyjennings Boba Fett isn't human. I would compare it more to an Eldar Banshee vs a Space Marine. Still this is all theoretical and I'll always be on the side of the Emperor. @DifunctedReble Talk about ignorant. Space Marines are super human warriors that can move so fast that they are mere blurs to normal humans (aka Boba Fett). Power armor acts like a second skin and doesn't weigh down or hinder the Marine.
Fett has no chance against the Emperor's Angels of Death.
