This is from 1995 (arguably one of the better seasons as it had the perfect combination of both British and American performers at this stage).
Colin was known for songs that weren't very good but ultimately very funny. In the American version he had honed his song talents to perfection - but here the gag is how rubbish he usually is.

They are all pretty good singers, you know, Colin wasn't that bad, he wasn't trying to actually sing, but the rest are all good singers.

Not only does Tony rock at singing, but it's almost like he tries to go so extreme to annoy or embarrass Clive some how! That was still Funny with Colin singing, that's a rarity and Ryan is always awesome!! ^_^
