In Madison, Wisconsin, a group of young chefs quit their jobs at nice
restaurants and formed the Underground Food Collective. Free from
the usual constraints, they buy only fair trade, local ingredients
and conduct massive "underground catering" operations. In this pod,
we catch them in action at one of their catering gigs, and find out
how they made their highly unusual business a success.

Retarded but fun in the city. But in a rural area track bikes are just retarded. By the way fixies destroy tires which, a regular road bike would be better for your wallet and the environment not to mention way faster. you guys all look like you want to move here to Philly with me.

I hope the government doesn't learn of this rebellion. They might turn it into another Waco!

It's funny that they consider meat, eggs, and dairy sustainable foods.

all big store chains began this way as they become popular they change as mass production and profits become priority rather then coming up with things like that we need to change our society completely

What they are doing is awesome! We need more organizations like this. National food brands load foods with toxins and chemicals. Organic, kosher and farm fresh foods are they best!
