From the new series: "Bass lines straight from my toilet"

My live version for Metallica's "Fade to black"

Isolated bass track at: 5:55

Our lead guitar player wanted the Jason style intro (with low B, 5 string bass) and I want to do the song like Cliff did on the record... So compromise time :-)
Since I only play with a pick on my five string, I learned to play the Cliff part with a pick and blended it kinda with the Jason live version.
With the usual f***ups and sloppy parts.
The 5 string is out for a checkup, so I used my trusty 4 string and skipped the low B's intro...
There will be some live recordings with the band soon!

Bass = 1988 Alembic Spoiler, Coco Bolo top

and: Yep, this is totally playback, I screwed up the original film footage :-)
