LOL in england it was £1.42 a litre 6 week ago! it's around £1.35 now that equates to $10.80 a gallon!! you don't know how lucky you are, it cost me $160(£100) to fill my van.....

what are you doing in brentwood cuz that doesn't effect those people, try east covina or pamona region and see the effect. this high price is partly due to the speculator who buys the gas and guess the future price to make a few buck off of it. THIS PRICE IS NOT BASE ON SUPPLY AND DEMAND. the second reason is the weak dollar. the third is increase in demand in china/india but they need it too so i don't blame them. someone gotta get rid of the gas speculators cuz that's a major gas price killer

You sound like my spouse, $4.39 9/10 is $4.40!! unless you can somehow get back that 1/10 of a cent. Even using standard mathimatical rounding, .5 and up is 1.0, I know I'm nit-picking but it's annoying. :)

wait until we pay $10 per gallon like western Europe...One way I prepared for peak oil was converting my home to a net-zero solar powered home that uses no oil or gas..I made a video about it called, "Preparing for Peak Oil"....
