I know how to change the pressure on my machine on my own so I'm back to where it was when I first got it. I ended up at 12 after another study about a year ago. I'll be glad to get weened off of it.

I was going to try my goals again when I hit 250. That is 2 more pounds from now. I'll do it again for sure.

The chart is great cuz sometimes it seems slow, but when you look at it, it makes you feel proud.

Great video! Congrats on the 70 lbs! I also keep a chart of my weight loss, it is very encouraging to look at it, keeps me motivated. It really sounds like you get alot out of your support group, that is awesome! Take care, keep up the great work :)

Thanks so much. Yes our support group is now a friend group. We go for mexican after the group each week. We all take to-go boxes home with us.

Thanks for sharing all that info. It's great and a checklist makes perfect sense to keep a person in check in following those rules.
Congrats on your consistent weight loss also. That is so excellent you must be so proud of yourself... you ought to be you deserve a pat on the back BIG TIME!

Thanks so much. Some times I feel like I've eaten too much (cuz it feels like after a Thanksgiving dinner) and I know I should have stopped sooner and I snack a little sometimes. I'm greatful I'm still losing.
