This song typifies what the 80s were about: chasing women and good times.
90's "grunge" was "I hate myself I'm dirty Life sucks I'm a loser".

You missed a good show. I still have my ticket stub. Guns and Roses opened up for them. Long time ago.

I couldn't figure out why I liked these guys. Then it just hit me. The singer totally sounds like Jim Morrison.

To Ann etc. actually they were a goth band and the term was used well before they ever released this poodle permed pile of bollix. This was when they became some pseudo LA rawk band.

The Cult, an American band? WTF? Go wash your mouth out you heathen. Actually they started out in Bradford, Yorkshire, England. And of course they were Goths, back through their origins in Southern Death Cult and to the Death Cult, onto The Cult, they were Goth Rock through and through. And Goth as a genre started in the late 70s, so yeah, Goth was well established as a scene by the mid 80s.

Renids of Steve Tyler and Aerosmith. There were so many similar bands in this era,
I'm sorry but it is true there are parallel universes.
