Photoshop: How to make a pictre dipped in water

This is a video showing you how to make a picture that looks like it is sinking in the water.step 1:you have to take a picture and place it on the water.Step 2:you make a copy of the picture and flip it vertically
and reduce its opacity...Step3:invisible that layer and in the original picture layer, use CLONE TOOL to copy some water texture on the picture.Step4: Now you make the copy layer visible and in the original picture, use BURN TOOL at the edges of the picture that are nearly sinking...
And thats it...
