This opening was better than what they have now...plus this had Ron Rolland. They made a mistake by dumping him...I can hardly stand to hear the openings.
I kind of miss these openings compared to today's. They seem more clear and have less background graphics clutter. I also like the swishing in and out of the 7 in this old one.
Well in the 1st gen. opens like this were when Diann was still there. the names didn't move at all, the silver rings around the names and resinating off of the "7" were thicker, and the 7 didn't desolve thru Mark Giangreco...it just kinda goes around him and makes him disappear really quickly...all of these "problems" were fixed in the opens when Diann left.
you know, as i keep looking over this vid, it seems this was a 1st gen open after Diann Burns left. Then the one JM had up was the 2nd gen. But thats just a strange Californian saying that. :)

all of them are different...they're on opposite sides of the screen in this one. It's cool to find out stuff like that.
