Thank you SOOO much. I hit the console too hard one day and the damn thing wouldn't close. Took to dealer for other work and ask if they'd take a peek. They said it had to be replaced for $200! Used your video and found an un-sprung spring. Thanks again, now I can hide all my electronic valuables from prying eyes again.
