2:40 Julian Bond is a liar. Its a strong psychological indicator that liars will not look in the camera when stating fictitious statements on camera. Its a human subconscious reaction because in our subconscious we believe others can see ours lies through our eyes. Not direct evidence but strong circumstantial.
