  • radeon 5870 dx 11 can do this

  • Rasterization will go the way of the dodo by the time the next generation of game consoles arrives, and that generation is far off from now.

  • Where do you get this cracy idea from?

    Even the most high-end offline render solutions use rasterization for most scenes.

  • Wow impressive.

  • Based on this video, real-time raytracing will replace rasterization. The PlayStation 4 and Xbox 720, and maybe the Nintendo Wii HD, will support this idea.
