Thank you so much, missozlady, for your tutorial. I have been writing and laying out books for over 20 years in PageMaker, but today hardly anything is compatible with it, and I have to spend $400 on an Adobe product to combine PM chapters into a solitary PDF document. Ugh! I've been fascinated with OO, but failed to figure out book pagination on my own. Thanks to your video I am now off and running.
