    I didnt know america used 3 foor gauge lines like this apart from preserved lines.

  • Yes, crosses from the USA (Alaska) to Canada and it is a preserved line now, closed as a common carrier railway in 1982.

  • Their track is quite impressive for an American Narrow gauge railroad.

  • at 0:41 that plow makes the track look so small

  • its still listed as a common carrier, if the oppurtunity for freight to be haulled economically comes up, they will probably jump at the chance
