It's Doing It!

Making mead for my LARP group!
Fancy the recipe? Its dirt simple
2 pots of honey mixed with some warm water all mixed up (we added a bit of extra sugar for extra alcoholness) then when it reaches room temp you add your sachet of yeast!
I got all excited when i saw the air lock bubbling away coz that means the yeast is doing its job breaking the sugar down into alchohol :D
Anyway in a few weeks i should have a lovely jug of honey wine!!!! *coughdrinkresponsibly*
