David Ayre is responsible for delivering to Babbar Khalsa two jumbo airliners, involving three Boeing 747's from two airlines companies; Air India, CP Air.

David Ayre cultivated on behalf of Babbar Khalsa an opportunity to offend and diminish an ally of Canada for financial gains and the glory of participating in a bloody rebellion.

The means utilised by Ayre was to first discount a bona fides source with genuine inside information to then associate itself with the terror group principals.

David Ayre made the case to his associates that 499 people, over two separate yet connected events would be better off dead in a "necessary evil" type of ideology.
