how do i spawn cars,tralors and loads as they call it.only the trucks show up and theres no menue for trailors

You spawn cars the same way as you do trucks. Walk in the garage and go threw the list. You can flip pages on the vehicle menue by pressing the left and right arrow keys. As for loads, usually around the garage, there is a loading bay. With a little pink/orange stand sticking out of the ground about as tall as your man. Go in front of it and you can spawn the loads.

You can press Page down if in Automatic (default configuration when loading a vehicle for the first time), until it switches in reverse. Press Page Up to switch back into Drive/Park/Neutral, ect. Or you can press "Q" to select your drive train option (auto, manual, ect.), then press "A" to shift up, and "Z" to shift down.
