your tank looks nice. Forget about these guys putting their comments here. you may need more flow but your corals and fish look healthy. Your sand looks clear, no cyano, rock looks clean you're good!

I can see the film of dbris floating on the surface you need more movement the water is too stagnant that can cause issuessooner or later.
