Defense motion to suppress testimony of state witnesses due to discovery violations. The state chose to hide behind national security so that defense could not have access to the data and methods. They did not have to use the "FBI" to do the forensic exam, any forensic expert would have been acceptable. They could have used the SBI to do the testing. It is suspicious that there is evidence of tampering, police did not follow forensic protocol handling the computer and then they chose an entity to test it that was barred from proper cross examination and defense witnesses were also barred. Brad Cooper was railroaded.
