The Billy Meier UFO Hoax Exposed at Hasenbol - Extended version

This video covers Billy Meier's famous Hasenbol sequence of photos shot in 1976 of a supposed UFO piloted by his female friend from another planet called Semjase. Unfortunately for Billy Meier his very own photos give him away as a fraud who takes pictures of UFO models that he himself made, even though he only has one arm.
The most telling signs are:
that the object has a dark (unlit) base nearly all the time, implying the base has a small surface area and therefore cannot reflect enough light to the camera;
Many of the photos are over exposed slightly (which is possible with the Olympus) and 95% of the photos are taken looking directly into the sun to guarantee the line holding up the model is hidden in the bleached out, over exposed sky because it tends to show up on slide film if you're not careful;
the last three photos which are famous and show the object next to a tree reveal that the object is in fact in front of the tree and not behind it as claimed and therefore cannot possibly be 7 metres wide.

So I'm presenting a comparative group of slides taken on a heath in the outskirts of London to show how easy it is to reproduce fantastic looking shots with just a model, some fishing line tied between two trees and a couple of bits of rope to secure either side. It's as easy as putting out your washing on a line! So all the complaints that Meier couldn't possible have done this by himself are utter nonsense.
What never gets much of a mention is the camera Meier used for this sequence. It's a 1970's Olympus ECR range finder which I bought on ebay for £1.50 and loaded with slide film to take all the photos in the video except the ones right at the end which were done last year using negatives. Slides are "positives" so that when you look at the film on it's return from the processing lab you can see the actual picture right there as it appears on a print. With negatives, which can be processed on every high street (unlike slides) the image on the film is reversed.
Slides usually turn out very well because the density of objects in the pictures is enhanced along with the colours and contrasts.
If you look into the sun the contrasts reach a maximum and the ground goes almost black whereas the sky turns white so if you want the ground to look more normal and visible you need to over expose the frame by turning the dial on the lens to a lower number than the film your using. I used 100 speed slide film every time and over exposed by setting the camera dial to 80.
That's why my pictures are more crisp than Meier's since 100 speed film has very fine grain. I think he used either 200 or 400 speed film to get a thicker grain and lose telling details as much as possible.
What ever he did there's no escaping the fact that Billy Meier knew very well about photography and how to fool the eye with good looking pictures. One of his tricks also is to reprint from prints - not the original roll - so that the photo you end up looking at is a next generation copy of the original. That means that ANY trace of the line that shows up on the original roll will be removed.

I wondered Why the Billy Meier s UFOs loves the trees. The askets and Nera s foto s also are a fake and hoax. The money will be won with such a lie, Why in the videos, Billy and his UFO has used the same tree. Easily, because is a fake

@MrLuiggie75 Absolutely! Meier used the same tree for two different sessions! At Unterbalm/Fuchsbuel and then for the pendulum film! It's the same vanishing tree. Meier cultivated his own dwarf trees. Thanks for the comment.

Excellent video but I'm confused about something. You say the "UFO" in the pic is no more the 4 meters wide. That would be 12 ft. wide right? So how could Meier manage that with one arm unless he had help?

@ampoules1 NO. It is NOT 4 metres wide. I am saying that it cannot be any bigger than 4 metres at the most but of course its much smaller than that. It's only 13 inches across and is close to the lens. The point I was making was that it is not the size Meier says it is. It is provably less than 7 metres wide. The biggest they could suggest it is would be 4 metres but that is not convenient to carry. So it is smaller and Meier was able to carry it to the site.

How could he insert them into photos that billy said he took? if these so called lines had been inserted then wouldn't they have been removed from the internet cause they have been tampered with? I mean would you leave tampered photos on the net? I wouldn't, not if someones messed with them. So that means to me that nothing was 'inserted' anywhere, it was already there to begin with and found.

@Mrmorlam1 also on one or more of the photos u can see a swastika on the bottom of the UFO that is ironically just like the nazi bell , fact is nazi's took jews to a base in antartica hence the byrd inncident? the continuation of the 3rd rich into the forth ? brought to the states via project papperclip and well you know the rest of the propaganda of this new world religion of the one world order?

Read the free Photo analysis at theyfly. A photo expert can explain the parameters, equipment, applications, etc., which were state of the art when Meier took all of his photos.
