I visited this zoo almost one year to the day before this incident......I remember walking up to the tiger enclosure with my sister and girlfriend and saying "if that tiger wanted out of this he could do it no problem, hell, I could climb outta this goddam thing. If I can do it, so can that big ass cat......it wouldn't even be that hard for him, he has claws to help him climb"
It was nothing more than a small moat and a big curved wall, nowhere near adequate
