@TheBeautyExplorer Dont worry you'll love it! I couldn't be more jealous :( erm, not sure where the best place to get thermals is, weve always got them from snow and rock, theyre amazing, but maybe do a bit of research? amazon i reckon, i wouldnt want to buy second hand ones ew all sweaty but at the same time if you reckon its a one off thing then dont go blowing a fortune on them!

youre welcome! i always use her before i go skiing shes amazing! also, on the socks front, it really is worth investing in the slightly pricier ones as if your feet get cold its pretty miserable, nothing is worth that. also, i wear thin socks and then thick socks over the top (dont do thick and thick because you want to trap the air, thin and thick keeps you warmer, doesnt really make sense but its true!)! general rule: layering is KEY! you need thermals too if you havent got them x

@NatAndIzo ahhh I seriously think I'm going to die haha I've never seen proper proper snow or been on a winter holiday going to be a massive shock to the system! Hopefully shift the cold before I go! haha. Thermals... best place ebay you reckon? X

hey rhiannon, i totally recommend Jillian michaels 30-day shred DVD. i know you havent got 30 days but if you do two sessions a day then in theory you'll get fit in two weeks (thats what I do, i never do it for the full month). the sessions are only 20 mins long & I always use the DVD when i need to get fit quickly because you literally notice the difference after 2 days and its only 40 minutes out of the day and youre properly worked out. its circuit training super intense does the trick :) xx

You can get ski masks, they cover your head and mouth/nose area so it keeps warm! Also invest in some thick warm sucks because your toes will freeze! :) I've been snowboarding once!
