Well, I haven't touched the CAW of SvR07. But with SvR09 I can't re-create these (and many others) outfits. And I haven't seen anyone who can do it.
Just check right here in youtube and compare CAWs like this and the ones from SvR09.

This guy has no current-gen consoles and SvR 09 is not in japan, yet.
