Big Goal celebration: Spraying the teacher's hair

Three times a year, my students take a big District test called a Periodic Assessment. This year, I made a deal with them. If they reached their Big Goal as a class, meaning a class average score of proficient or higher, then I would let them spray my hair purple and gold. When I got the results that showed my students had met the Big Goal, I couldn't have been happier. Then I remembered that my hair could not have been angrier. :)
