RAPPEL : le kite est un sport dangereux, il est vivement recommandé de porter des protections : casque et genouillères au minimum, coudières, dorsale, poignets.
Je donne un mauvais exemple que je déconseille de suivre.Je le fais tant que je reste dans la plage très basse de mon aile. dès que je ne suis plus sous-toilé, je pose l'aile et j'enfile des protections avant de redécoller.
