This exercise shows the movement required to build great arms. It shows which part of the forearm is trained and which part of the bicep is trained. It also shows how to be strict with the actual movement of the exercise.

  • Have u tried doing these crossbody where u curl the weight to your opposite chest? I love doing them that way cuz u can actually see the muscles beeing worked you know brachialis brachioradialis etc. (ofc in front of a mirror) and since i do them i noticed a big difference in my biceps width they look a lot larger.Please try them
