@Acecraven Actually they're all in Atlanta, as that's where Williams Street, the production company that did Harvey Birdman, is based (along with a number of other Turner Broadcasting properties). The building he's frolicking in front of towards the end of the scene is the original building that housed CNN in its' early years and served as Turner Broadcasting's headquarters for a number of years.
