Say What! Black people don't live in Ireland. What a hilarious concept for a movie. I'm sure many hijinks and comical cultural misunderstandings occur.

@MONAGRAM88 Yeah, I'm a bit of a bugger for replying to comments that are years old. >.> Thing is, Americans will see a film like this and take it for gospel and shout from the rooftops how much they want to see Ireland!

@suedescentedsin father ted exaggerated a part of rural irish culture that still exists!! no comparison to that film, it was waaay of the mark!!! just aimed at americans that dont have a clue about ireland!! i miss father ted!! anyways more to the point i cant believe its been 2 years since i wrote the comment!!! i dont even live in ireland anymore!!! time flies!!

@MONAGRAM88 Father Ted wasn't exactly accurate either but that worked.

Considering that this movie was made in England with a Brittish cast, I don't consider it all that bad. Basing it around a very remote town, I can see areas being like this, I've seen towns down in the southern united states that are built in the same older look, as if they hadn't been updated at all. Also, a lot of people considered Eddie Griffin's performance to be subpar in this, comparing it to Undercover Brother, and to be completely honest I enjoyed this one considerably more
well i live in ireland all my life and it is not like that at all, their clothes are from 1901 like and iv never heard an irish accent like theirs before!?!!and it was filmed in cornwall in england!!
