They are cute but when they die, sometimes they release a toxin into the tank...killing most things. We were lucky when we saw the end in site and removed it. You need to add phytoplankton to your water and you'll see them eat immediately...however...I am guessing that they need more or they will be malnourished over time. I miss this guy.

I believe that does include the phytoplankton that they require but otherwise I am not familiar with that product.
