Commonly called Sea Apples, we think they look more like a Sea Pineapple. This video shows him feeding and happy on the sand bed of our aquarium.

  • It looks cute, but weird O_O How do u feed one? I should get one as a pet

  • They are cute but when they die, sometimes they release a toxin into the tank...killing most things. We were lucky when we saw the end in site and removed it. You need to add phytoplankton to your water and you'll see them eat immediately...however...I am guessing that they need more or they will be malnourished over time. I miss this guy.

  • can sea apples be fed marine snow?

  • I believe that does include the phytoplankton that they require but otherwise I am not familiar with that product.
