Naxat was responsible for most of Technos's games on the PC Engine, and I believe almost every single time it was a CD rom version of most NES titles with updated graphics and voice clips (Such as Downtown Nekketsu Monogatari, Nekketsu Koshinkyoku, etc.)

This game kicks serious ass, and I have it for the Turbo Duo too! This is my second favorite Double Dragon game of all time, and only Double Dragon Advance for Gameboy Advance is the only one better than this one in my opinion.
