Paneling can be used to decorate a master bath, family room, home office, dining room or a laundry room in your home. Heres how to install beaded plank and other types of decorative wall paneling. Beaded plank or beadboard paneling is a traditional style that has returned with easy-to-install kits and components. The following instructions illustrate installation in a dining room using special baseboard and chair (top) rail moldings.

  • Great job this guy does.

  • Wow great work~

  • @utavatar And turn you off to the idea by telling you how much additional work you'll actually need to do. Fat chance.

  • pause it at 7:15 and look how the base meets....nice gap

  • tkotlarz.... if you are the video maker then you did miss something. A basic rule of finish carpentry is that you never miter an inside corner. coping saws weren't invented for crown which by the way you should use a Collins foot and an older Bosch jig saw for. some obvious reasons for this are better fit, resistance to wall expansion and its actually more efficient too cut one miter an press in the cope. will respond in greater depth in an email to you because you open up the topic of crown.

  • @utavatar I only cope crown molding, there would be no need to cope base molding, this would be extra work and is not needed. ? Am I missing something here that you know about here? thanks

  • For anyone who really cares... the video makes a mistake when instructing you on cutting inside angles... you never miter them.. they are always coped. You only miter outside angles. For this you will need a coping saw. They should have told you this so they could sell you another tool.

  • Can't wait to use this video to do my own room.

  • 2:53 going to the moon... BRB

  • i've found go to lowes about 8-3pm for best service. I consistently get horrible service from about 4pm-10pm. That's often when the "hired help" just show up to act as bodies. The real pro's tend to work during the day, that's because they get paid higher and have higher seniority due to their experience and knowledge. In the evening it's just the highschool/college kids who have no experience and are lousy at customer service.
