I also have Vista. Its a little different then what he shows on this video. Vista has two program files. Go to Local Disk (C:) then instead of clicking Program Files choose Program Files (x86).

I have vista so i cand do this too well i opened up documents (because vista doesnt have folders it has documents) and i opened up sim city 4 and there was no radio in sight HELP

What do you mean. Do you have simcity 4? Deluxe editon? Normally it's not possible, you have to have it, otherwise no music will be played in simcity. Did you deleted it by Accident? Try to reinstall simcity
