The difference between Supergirl's powers and Wonder Woman's powers is that Supergirl's powers are natural powers that she gains from earth's yellow sun while Wonder Woman's powers are artificial powers that she gains from her magic belt when she's away from Paradise Island. As for who would win a rematch, Wonder Woman would defeat Supergirl again because Wonder Woman's powers are magical in origin and Supergirl's powers are ineffective against magic.

@thermiscira Hercules a single one of the Greek gods defeated WW alone before (during the time of the Hercules Unchained comic book). Artemis is suppose to be one of the top gods in Greek Mythology not just an Amazon & had magical powers. Wonder Woman was only suppose to have the Beauty of Aphrodite no help in a fight, the wisdom of Athena which she seldom used only powers that mattered was strength of Hercules (Although Hercules defeated her so that was an exaggeration) & speed of Hermes
