@breadisamazinggg Ask this guy (Zeroeyequeue), he has a turbo'd tc2 that was running fine at 12 psi, blew the enine at 18 psi. he has a thread on Scionlife under the tc2 lounge section.

i have a 2012 tc, i got a GReddy RS exhaust and an injen cold air.
i want to turbo my car but im afraid ill blow my engine eventually, am i right to feel this way? my parents will literally kill me if i blow the engine so i was thinking about getting the descendant turbo and keeping it at 8 psi, is there still a chance then that id blow the engine?

@casimiro56 If you decide too, just get the intake that Descendant has specifically for their turbo kit. Easier and cheaper that way.
