  • im just curious....but do you age in this game?

  • @sso7199 Not specifically, but the game plays out over a limited period of time (15 years?) so it's not really a concern :)

  • Although the concept is downright genius and executed very well, it could've had more. It would've been pretty cool if you could also make arcade and home computer games, as well as have other consoles based from Sega, Nintendo, Atari, and others like the Vectrex, Intelivision, Colecovision, Wonderswan Color, Neo Geo Pocket and Color, and 3DO.

  • @vgmaster9 Color me confused, but I was fairly sure you could develop PC titles from the moment you begin the game and the reason why Vectrex et.al. aren't included is because the game starts after the video-game market crash when those consoles were buried under the weight of their shovelware. Also, the game is a port of the original 1996 title, so it was nice of them to update the game accordingly for modern audiences. GDS2 should be great, but it won't be out for a long time :(

  • @AppSpy Home computers were quite different from the PC. C64, Amiga, and MSX were different examples of those. Did you know that the Atari 7800 was still around after the video game crash? They could've then made something out of that, as well as the Lynx (Sphinx) and the Jaguar (Puma). They should've also done their own versions of the original Xbox and PS3. If there really would be a sequel, it should be on PC with a growing community.

  • @vgmaster9 I know what you're saying about the home computers, but it's ultimately splitting hairs at the point the game begins. And yes, the 7800 kicked around for a bit longer, but it was for all intents and purposes a relic. Also the XBOX and PS2 are in GDS unless I've completely blown a gasket, but usually by that point I've developed my own console that completely dominates the market ;)

  • This game was soooo addictive. I thought it would be stupid. It takes all my focus not to go back to it, so I can do my work. You'll open it, thinking "I'll just play for an ingame year or develop one game," then you realize it's 4 in the morning and you've been playing for 5 hours.

  • @AppSpy My 'Playtendo360' made me so ridiculously rich I had to restart the game for more of a challenge :D

  • @AppSpy lol

  • i love this game, anybody know any similar game in pc? (so i can play this type of games with better graphics and spend more time lol)

  • @AppSpy I downloaded this for my Android yesterday, and without realizing it, I had played four whole hours!

  • @AppSpy wasnt that only for megamall story?

  • The game is almost perfect, but I wish they implemented some kind of "sequel" feature, in order to boost sales, but lower hype if we just milk the same franchise.
