This is absolutely brilliant - and is a perfect example of a project that I am currently attempting to undertake - matching colour with pitch (through wavelength) and interpreting sound through image. How did you do this? What software did you use? PLEASE HELP ME!!! I'd be so grateful for any advise.
A lot of work has been done on trying to find a direct relationship between frequencies of sound and that of colour. I know there is a program which take the colour information in a picture, reads it from left to right like for example and then translates directly this data into sound, although i cant remember who made it or what it's called, although if you start surfing into the world of music visualisation you will find a lot of very interesting work, including probably that one.
this is amazing. i've had a huge interest in making art along these exact same lines. it's taken me a while to find something this good. where did you get your ideas? or where can i find more like this?
my original inspiration was from chris cunningham's Come to Daddy video...
