CASSIE NEEDS THE CIRCLE'S HELP AFTER A TERRIFYING DISCOVERY ABOUT THE WITCH HUNTERS --- Cassie (Britt Robertson) enlists the Circle's help when she receives a frightening warning about the witch hunters' return. At the same time, her true feelings for Adam (Thomas Dekker) and Jake (Chris Zylka) surface during a birthday party that Ethan (Adam Harrington) decides to throw with the help of Diana (Shelley Hennig). Meanwhile, Faye (Phoebe Tonkin) and Melissa (Jessica Parker Kennedy) take their inner power to a chilling new level when they try a little of Lee's (guest star Grey Damon) "Devil's Spirit." Gale Harold and Natasha Henstridge also star. Liz Friedlander directed the episode written by Andrew Miller & Andrea Newman (#113).

control freak much Adam? they're (Cassie & Adam) not even going out with each other and he acts like a jealous brat! Jake and Cassie on the other hand are so in sync, have chemistry, they're interesting (in an odd kind of way) and most definitely should end up together! CAKE!

@sakura8964 Adam totally understand her, he want to protect her also why can't her actual group of friends help her out. Why does she run to Jake? Why is he more important than Adam. has always been there for her, protecting her from evil demons and other things that tried to kill her. Yes, i get it. She wants to understand herself but not alone, he wants to help. Also, who stupid enough to find out about themselves without protection whether your a witch or not. its still dangerous.

my issue with the whole Adam/Cassie 'written in the stars thing' is just so boring.

The thing i have an issue with is that if their families have been written in the stars - does that mean that every Adam ancestor has been moping & whining over every Cassie ancestor - much like his dad over Amelia????

Seriously, their families haven't yet merged even though it's been written in the stars for generations??? Clearly it's just not happening.....

@allanat422 In general the whole concept of Adam and Cassie is so boring. I hate how their whole story just seems to be mapped out that makes it so predictable. Plus seriously they don't go together. Around Jake, Cassie has a real personality and she is more free to express herself but around Adam Cassie seems more sad, and secretive she just seems more boring.

@allanat422 Adam is boring in my opinion because all he does is mope and whine especially about Cassie. I mean a few episodes ago he had Diana and now he's jumping on to Cassie. Plus the way he Talks just is so boring it makes him sound like Edward from Twilight. I think his jealously has to more with his hatred towards Jake. He's just worried because he thinks that Cassie was going to pick him. Adam is immature he needs to grow up he acts like a little kid.

@sakura8964 Adam isn't boring, he's overprotective of who he cares, if he didn't care then she'll be god knows where. I mean he holds the circle. He protects who he loves thats all. Jake sure he's fun, but he's also too much into her magic.. I hate that.

@allanat422 Oh no I hate Adam especially with Cassie he's so freaking boring and they are such a boring couple. They only make me roll my eyes. I love Cassie but with Adam I just feel like Cassie can't be herself you know? I mean she can't even make her own decisions. Cassie needs to grow a spine and finally tell him off Adam's not worth it. He's also so immature showing jealous/hatred toward Jake. You never saw him act that way toward Adam even though he probably doesn't like them either.
